[Welcome Baby Alice, Lancaster, PA]

This session was extra special because it was for one of my best friends and her beautiful family! Taylor and I met at Penn State and we were roommates during our senior year! It was honestly the best! We’ve been through a lot together and it’s so special to be part of each other’s milestones!

A few years ago I had the honor of photographing Taylor and Doug’s gorgeous beach wedding in Rehoboth and now I’m getting to photograph their sweet little girl Alice! I had so much fun with the whole family but seeing Elsie be a big sister was the best part!

We started with family photos and then moved on to photos of just the sisters and both girls did so well! Alice slept during the whole session and proud big sister Elsie was so amazed by her baby sister!

Finally, we did photos of baby Alice while mom and I caught up on everything that’s been happening in our lives. After our session of course I hung around to play with Elsie and spend some snuggle time with baby Alice. It was the best day! Welcome to the world little girl!

[Secret Kids Session, Brielle]

Ever since I started nannying my now “second” family, I loved doing photo sessions with the kids! It gave us something to do while we were together and it was good practice for me at the beginning of my photography career.

Now that they’ve gotten older, I usually only watch them when mom and dad are away for a long weekend! The past two years while mom and dad were away, we did a secret photo session to surprise them!

We picked out their outfits and decided where we wanted to go and the kids always managed to keep it a secret. This year we went to the park! After photographing the kids in the backyard with the dogs, we headed out to the park during sunset and it was awesome!

Not only are these kids naturals in front of the camera, but they keep each other laughing and make the whole session so much fun! Can’t wait for this year’s secret session!

[Allison’s Magical Harry Potter Bridal Shower, Point Pleasant]

If you’re a Harry Potter fan like me, you would have loved this amazing bridal shower! Before I even got into the house, there were signs and HP themed favors on the front porch and I was so excited to see more!

Allison’s bridesmaids threw such a beautiful shower and all the games and decorations were perfect! In every room of the house, and the backyard, Harry Potter was everywhere! From the photos hanging on the walls, to the MimOsa bar, everything was totally magical!

I think my favorite part had to be the cake with the golden snitch decorations! Such a creative idea! We had the perfect weather and it was a lot of fun to see Allison with all of her friends and family!

[Welcome Baby Michael Toms River, NJ]

I love newborn sessions! Getting to spend the day with a sweet little baby and a beautiful, happy family is seriously the best job in the world! I had the pleasure of photographing this awesome family when their first angel was born so getting to photograph the second baby was so special!

Big sister was ready to help the minute I got there! She started taking out the blankets and props so that we would be ready for our session! We started off with some family photos and it was so sweet watching Kaylee be a big sister!

After a few more photos with mom and dad, it was baby Michael’s time to shine on his own! And he totally nailed it! He had a lot of outfit changes and he looked cuter and cuter in each one! Check out a side by side of brother and sister in the same basket below!

[Ava’s Communion Toms River, NJ]

This was such a fun session for sweet little Ava. A few years ago, I had done a similar session for her big brother’s communion but this time it was Ava’s turn!

She had the most beautiful Communion dress and she really looked like a little angel. We started our session outside of the church and we had a perfect backdrop with the way the sun was setting!

Next, we went into the church, which was already closed for the night, but we were able to have someone open it for us! We had the whole place to ourselves. After doing some photos in the pews and by the alter, Ava picked her favorite stained-glass window to pose in front of.

We finished our session with a few more photos outside including Ava spinning around in circles and keeping her balance! It was awesome!
