[Jessie + Pat Seaside Park, NJ]

This engagement session might have been one of my favorites ever! I met Jessie and Pat at Seaside Park just in time for sunset and it was gorgeous! These two were absolute perfection in front on the camera! They had the best chemistry and posed so naturally.

We walked all around the beach, stopping to find the best places for photos but my favorite part was towards the end of the session when I told them just to walk down the beach and pretend I wasn’t there. It was easy for me to capture the love between them and it made for such a great session!

[Chris + Nicole Barnegat Lighthouse, NJ]

I’ve known this awesome couple for a long time now so when they asked me to do their engagement session I was SO excited! I have been photographing the bride to be for a few years now to help promote her music career (Go check her out on Facebook and Instagram @Nicolecurtismusic) and I always have so much fun during our sessions. This engagement session was no different. So much fun! We met up at the park at the Barnegat Lighthouse! I’ve done photos here before and it’s such a great place with so many places to take photos. We started to explore the trails around the lighthouse and got great beach views! Next we parked ourselves right in front of the lighthouse and it was absolutely beautiful! My favorite location however was when we walked out onto the jetty! We had the water and the lighthouse in the background and it was perfect! I was so excited to get to photograph this awesome couple’s engagement session and it was such a fun night!

[Pat + Lindsay Double Trouble State Park, NJ]

I was so excited to photograph this adorable couple’s engagement session! I have known Pat for years and when he first introduced Lindsay I knew it was meant to be! They are such a sweet couple and it has been so special to see their relationship grow!

We ventured out to one of my all time favorite places, Double Trouble State Park on a beautiful night! It was so great catching up with them and getting to take their photos, especially because they were cute and giggling most of the time 🙂

I can’t wait to celebrate this awesome couple in a few months at their wedding!

[Marina + Todd Asbury Park, NJ]

What’s better than an engagement session at the beach?! When that beach is Asbury Park! Not only does Asbury have a gorgeous beach, but it has incredible architecture and art! It was so fun photographing Marina and Todd’s engagement photos on this perfect summer night!

We started off by some beautiful paintings and of course the old carousel building…one of my favorite spots! We ventured out onto the beach and the couple had a glimpse into their future wedding that will be on the beach in Mexico!

After a long walk on the boardwalk, we found a few more gorgeous paintings to pose in front of! It was the perfect night for engagement photos of this perfect couple!

[Leslie + Ted Baltimore, MD]

I was so so excited when Leslie asked me to do her and Ted’s engagement photos! Leslie is one of my best friends from Penn State and I was so excited for her when her and Ted got engaged!

Of course I made a weekend out of the engagement session and went down to Baltimore and Leslie and Ted were the best hosts! We had to wait for the rain to stop, but we watched the Penn State game in the meantime which was obviously the best way to kill time!

Once it finally cleared up, we walked all around their neighborhood and got to catch up and take photos! It was the best of both worlds for me! There were a lot of beautiful backdrops to take photos and it was just so sweet seeing the love between Leslie and Ted! Congratulations!

[Nick + Nicole Philadelphia, PA]

A few weeks ago I took my first ever real trip to Philly (minus going to the bus station and an Enrique Iglesias concert) to photograph Nick and Nicole’s engagement session! And it. was. PERFECT!

Nick has been my friend since we were 2 years old when his family moved onto my street, two doors down from me. We instantly became best friends and our friendship has made it through the last 24 years! When Nick and Nicole got engaged, I was so so happy that he had found the love of his life, and when I met Nicole, I could see why she was the one!

Fast forward to the engagement session when I really got to spend some time with the love birds and truly see how happy they were! It was so sweet!

They had outfits picked out and locations around the city that they wanted to take pictures at and they looked incredible! We did have some wind and rain showers to get through, and after hiding out from the rain for a little while, it cleared up and we got to take more adorable photos!

It was so much fun getting to explore Philly with Nick and Nicole and I am so glad that I got to capture their love!

[Kim + Mike Berkeley, NJ]

It’s finally summer! Which means it’s finally time for all the beach and park sessions! This past week I had a super sweet session with Kim and Mike at the Berkeley Island County Park.

Their wedding is coming up in just a few weeks so we decided to get together for a practice round before the big day! It was great to work with Kim and Mike and to get to know them more and of course be outside and enjoy the beautiful park.

I can’t wait for round 2 when their big day is finally here!

[Geralyn + Patrick New Hope, PA]

I had my first session of 2017 last weekend and it. was. perfect. It was a lovely engagement session with the perfect rustic backdrop and the perfect couple! I have known the gorgeous bride to be for a while so I was so excited when she asked me to do her engagement pictures. Geralyn, along with her awesome fiance Patrick, were so much fun to work with. They braved the cold weather and were super agreeable to all of my ideas and places to take pictures.

They snuggled up and were so in love during our whole session, it was honestly just so sweet. They were either laughing or smiling the whole time and it made my job pretty easy! 😉 I loved getting to photograph their engagement session and I am beyond excited to photograph their wedding in November! Congratulations Patrick and Geralyn!

[Deirdre + John Holmdel, NJ]

Fall is most definitely my favorite season of the year! I love the warm weather with a cool breeze, the changing colors of the leaves and everything apple and cinnamon! Fall is also one of my favorite times to photograph! When I scheduled this fall engagement session, to say I was excited is an understatement.

I am photographing John and Deirdre’s wedding in July, so we decided to get together to discuss the big day and of course snap some photos. I think it’s pretty obvious from these photos, but this couple was absolutely adorable. I could feel the love during this whole session and it made me even more excited, than I already was, to photograph their wedding. I can’t wait for the big day!
